"Songs are my religion"
saturday night, Pistoia.
it means something - I guess - when a man that was called "the new Bob Dylan" 30 years ago, have a chance to open for Bob Dylan and his set his better than Bob Dylan concert itself.
But like Elliott Murphy himself said, "there would be no Elliott Murphy today if there wasnt Bob Dylan before".
or something.
anyway Bob wasnt that bad, if only you are good enough to cancel that awful band sound and concentrate on Bob singing only. Except for a shite Positively 4th Street, he was quite into the songs...

Shine on you, crazy diamond
Syd Barrett, one of the original members of legendary rock group Pink Floyd, has died at the age of 60 from complications arising from diabetes.
He was born Roger Barrett in Cambridge and met future bandmates Roger Waters and David Gilmour at school there.
The guitarist was invited to join Pink Floyd by Waters in 1965 but left three years later after only one album with his mental state affected by drugs.
"He died very peacefully a couple of days ago," said the band's spokeswoman.
"There will be a private family funeral."

Blue Pride # 2
It was July 1982; the Stones were suppose to play Italy on the same night of the world cup final -they kindly decided to move the show in the afternoon (mostly because they were aware that no one would have been to see them with Italy playing a world cup final game)
Mick Jagger told us that italy was about to win 3 - 1.
so it was, you devilish mick you.
now is July 2006 and italy is about to play another world cup final
yesterday mick was here with the boyz and told us Italy will win 1 - 0 (photo taken yesterday in Milano)
lets hope you're still the same mick....

Blue Pride
after being insulted for days by the smart german press, I guess that what happened yesterday nght was the good revenge we deserve it. Germans should know it that they dont have a chance against us in a world cup (Italy - Germany 1970: 4-3; Italy - Germany 1982: 3 -1) cause we have a bigger heart than them.
So please stop crying baby, you are still invited to spend your holydays in the most beautiful country in the world. .. you can even have a pizza and some spaghetti too!
